Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support and execute a wide range of marketing activities. This role is integral to the development and implementation of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set, capable of managing digital platforms, creating compelling content, and coordinating marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Websites Management: Oversee multiple Group website updates, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with the company’s brand standards. Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes and optimize user experience.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement of the Group and subsidiaries. Monitor social media platforms, create content, and analyse performance metrics.
- Design, Photography, and Videography: Create visual content, including graphics, presentations, photos, and videos, for use across digital and print media. Ensure all visual assets are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Content Writing: Write and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and product descriptions of the Group entities. Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Coordination and Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including internal activities, openings, and company meetings. Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure events run smoothly with the support of the Marketing Manager.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings for the department team, budget and cost control support, and organizing departmental documents.
- Travel and Event Management: Ability to travel locally every week, and regionally if needed to assist with events, photography, and videography, and manage marketing-related inventories.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media, and online marketing techniques.
- Must have photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites applications, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc. MS Office and marketing software.
- Experience in WordPress is a plus.
- Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of office management.
- Ability to follow instructions and work on projects.
